Our Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns and exchange are allowed within 14 days from the purchase (shipment) date from the purchase (shipping date for online orders) date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
- All items that are returned for credit must have been purchased from Via Jewelers by the customer.
- All warranties are void if the items were modified in any way. All items with personalization are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
- Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions.
- Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, and gift cards.
- All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. Processing time for refunds is approximately five to seven (5-7) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-10 Business Days.
- We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
- Merchandise purchased using Progressive Leasing cannot be exchanged.
